From depositions through trial, you’ll take full ownership of your cases, refine strategy as matters evolve, and deliver meaningful results. Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
Perform in‑depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages
Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions (including MSJ oppositions)
Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates
Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
Qualifications
Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state
7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to plaintiff personal injury cases
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
