Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)
Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County) | Full-Time
A growing law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of personal injury experience to handle a full caseload from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role with real courtroom exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of your cases.
What You’ll Do:
Manage personal injury cases (auto, premises, general liability) from discovery through trial
Take and defend depositions (clients, witnesses, experts)
Draft and respond to discovery and motions (including summary judgment)
Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings
Develop case strategy and work closely with senior attorneys
Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements
What We’re Looking For:
4–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Active Pennsylvania bar license
Strong deposition and motion practice experience
Trial experience or trial exposure preferred
Ability to manage cases independently
