Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

to join our dynamic litigation team.

, strong support staff, and the ability to manage meaningful cases while maximizing results for clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a

personal injury caseload from filing through trial preparation and resolution

Draft and file

pleadings, motions, discovery, and oppositions

Take and defend

depositions

(plaintiffs, defendants, experts, PMKs)

Appear at

law and motion hearings

Prepare cases for

mediation, arbitration, and trial

Negotiate settlements with

insurance carriers and defense counsel

Work closely with

paralegals, case managers, and support staff

Conduct

case evaluations and damages analysis

Maintain compliance with

California litigation deadlines

Communicate with clients and provide clear case strategy updates

Qualifications

Active California State Bar license (required)

3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff side preferred)

Experience managing cases independently

Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience

Trial experience preferred

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload

Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Bilingual Spanish preferred
