full-time trademark paralegal. This is a position that can be fully remote or hybrid, but
candidate must be based in California.
We are only considering candidates with at least 5 years of experience managing global trademark portfolios, either at a law firm or in-house legal department.
We are in search of an exceptional, highly experienced Trademark and Copyright Paralegal to work in close collaboration with our team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of US and foreign trademark prosecution, and will be very comfortable communicating with foreign counsel.
There is an annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours.
