Procurement Assistant – Posting
Location: DMV & Eastern Shore Regions
Pay: $19–$25 per hour | Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
Anchor Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support bidding, procurement, and administrative functions within our Marketing & Business Development team. This role assists with bid documentation, submissions, subcontractor outreach, compliance tracking, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate bid documents, submissions, and proposal materials
Support SOQs, RFPs, RFIs, and subcontractor outreach (MBE/WBE)
Track compliance documents, insurance, bonding, and certifications
Maintain electronic project files and procurement records
Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications
3–4 years of administrative or procurement support experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
