Overview
Meter Services DCA Installation Intern
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Duration: 8–12 weeks (Summer 2026)

Position Overview
This internship supports client operations by installing Data Collection Agents (DCAs) on customer networks and configuring them in MPS Monitor. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real clients, systems, and remote deployment tools.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy DCAs remotely and configure clusters in MPS Monitor
Verify installations and troubleshoot basic issues
Communicate with clients via phone/email to guide installations
Document activity and maintain accurate records
Escalate complex issues as needed
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows systems and networking (IP, LAN/WAN, permissions)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with ability to follow processes
Preferred
Experience with remote support tools
Interest in managed print services or IT support
Previous customer-facing or technical experience
