Required Skills: Board Certification in Neurological Surgery Valid California Medical License and CA DEA registration Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification (temporary or permanent) Proven experience managing complex spine cases Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to maintain a clean, credentialing-ready professional file Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hospital call coverage Familiarity with complex spine and cranial procedures Comfort with managing urgent and emergent cases Previous experience in a locum or temporary physician role Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certification in Neurological Surgery Minimum of 2 years post-residency hospital clinical activity in neurological surgery At least 100 recent cases aligned with requested privileges within the past 24 months Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours including clinic, day, and night call shifts Ability to complete a thorough privileging process within approximately 90 days Cover consecutive dates starting from April 30, 2026, through June 8, 2026, with potential for additional assignments No airway certification required This is a compelling opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care while advancing your professional career.
