Job Description
You will be the F-35 & IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager for the F-35 and IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation team which is responsible for delivering world‑class harness and subsystem solutions to the F‑35 and Integrated Fighter Group programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the F-35 & IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and continuous improvement of harness and subsystem processes across the F‑35 and IFG portfolio.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Lead the development and execution of harness and subsystem design, installation processes, tools, and metrics.

Ensure comprehensive training programs build and sustain competencies across F‑35 and IFG teams.

Oversee staffing plans and manage the allocated budget for installation activities.

Drive digital‑transformation initiatives and advanced design techniques to enhance efficiency.

Represent the installation competency in program‑wide resource planning and process‑improvement discussions.
