You will be the ADP & AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager for the ADP and AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation team which is responsible for delivering integrated harness and subsystem solutions across advanced development and air‑mobility programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the ADP & AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and continuous improvement of harness and subsystem processes for both ADP and AMMM initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead development of harness and subsystem design and installation processes, tools, and metrics across ADP and AMMM programs.
Ensure training programs build competency in harness and subsystem design and installation.
Manage staffing plans and oversee budget allocations for ADP and AMMM operations.
Drive digital‑transformation initiatives and advanced design techniques for installation processes.
Represent the installation competency in cross‑program resource planning and provide process‑improvement feedback.
