Summary
The Records Coordinator is responsible for the organization, maintenance, and control of company records and documentation. This role ensures that all records are accurate, secure, and compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The Coordinator collaborates with internal departments to support efficient record‑keeping practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Functions

Manage the preparation, distribution, filing, purging, and ongoing maintenance of Lektriever files.

Administer and maintain controlled documents with JKT DOC9000, including creating, updating, and archiving records in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure records are stored securely and remain easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Maintain reliable backup storage through the Records Information Center (Iron Mountain).

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate retrieval of records for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews through the Records Information Center.

Process specifications, Technical Reports, and other documentation as required.

Perform general record‑keeping, order supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Support departmental initiatives related to document control and process improvement.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Associate’s Degree required (Liberal Arts or Business preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Up to two years of administrative experience demonstrating strong prioritization, multitasking, and independence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; advanced skill in MS Word is essential.

Ability to demonstrate required core competencies within three months of hire.

Benefits
The range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan and in the company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off includes 120 hours of PTO and 10 paid holidays each year. Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance.
