Summary
The Records Coordinator is responsible for the organization, maintenance and control of company records and documentation. This role ensures that all records are accurate, secure, and compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The Records Coordinator collaborates with internal departments to support efficient record-keeping practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Functions

Manage the preparation, distribution, filing, purging, and ongoing maintenance of Lektriever files.

Administer and maintain controlled documents with JKT DOC9000, including creating, updating, and archiving records in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure records are stored securely and remain easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Maintain reliable backup storage through the Records Information Center (Iron Mountain).

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate retrieval of records for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews through the Records Information Center.

Process specifications, Technical Reports, and other documentation as required.

Perform general record-keeping, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Support departmental initiatives related to document control and process improvement.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Associate's Degree required (Liberal Arts or Business preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Up to two years of administrative experience demonstrating strong prioritization, multitasking, and independence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; advanced skill in MS Word is essential.

Ability to demonstrate required core competencies within three months of hire.

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid and dry/arid conditions. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $30.00 US Dollar (USD) hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
