Warehouse Associate

Position Purpose
Full Time Warehouse Associate for Heritage Landscape Supply is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
Load and unload the delivery trucks.
Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
Forklift certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
Must be able to take a background screening and a drug screening.
