Responsibilities
Perform painting tasks to maintain and refresh facility appearances.
Conduct tile work to ensure proper installation and repair.
Execute finishing carpentry projects to enhance facility aesthetics.
Carry out drywall installations and repairs as needed.
Handle minor plumbing tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.
Repair and replace light fixtures to maintain proper lighting.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in facilities maintenance.
Carpentry skills.
Experience in electrical maintenance.
Competence in plumbing tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and utilize building management system software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Background in carpentry or building maintenance.
