Job Description
Are you passionate about the spa industry and providing unforgettable experiences? We have an amazing opportunity at to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment providing five diamond spa services to our guests. As a Spa Reservations Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our guests, giving you the opportunity to shine and set the stage for an amazing experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

Greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance

Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey

Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sells

Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team

Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards

Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time dailyPerform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists

Qualifications

Experience working in the spa or salon industry

Book4Time experience preferred

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Bilingual in Spanish is an asset

Basic computer skills required

Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines

Constant standing and walking throughout shift
