Overview
A successful material handler will be responsible for coordinating and executing all tasks related to the shipment and receipt of goods in the warehouse. This role involves preparing outgoing shipments by verifying and loading items, performing SAP transactions as they relate to the role, and staging loads. This role requires attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the receipt of all finished products
Safely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and/or pallet movers
Support the materials handling process for production related materials
Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse
Develop, revise, and review documentation for all materials related activities
Weigh pallets and scrap when applicable
Shrink wrap finished products and set up floor warehouse pickup
Examine finished pallets before pickup and distribute materials
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screen
Work overtime as required
Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
