Job Overview
Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver
This role involves receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials, ensuring accurate inventory standards, and delivering high‑quality customer service while operating assigned vehicles.
Responsibilities
Work cooperatively in a warehouse team to receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
Ensure accurate customer deliveries by verifying all loads.
Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
Operate the vehicle class required for the assignment and drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle class (Class C or Class B).
Clean driving record.
Relevant experience with delivery, loading, or operating heavy equipment.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and forklift certification are assets.
Ability to advance into leadership, CDL driver, or sales opportunities.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence.
Lift up to 75 pounds (often 50 pounds) and perform bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching.
Operate office equipment such as computers and copiers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate mental capacities such as adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem sensitivity, and time management.
