Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
Monitor quality, safety, and customer experience
Customer service manager on duty
Cash handling and reconciliations of cash drawers
Training of staff members for new hires & promotions
Other duties as assigned
Education and Training
No educational requirements.
Working Experience
Leadership experience required.
Physical Requirements
Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Requires ability to move and stand for long periods of time.
Reports To
General Manager of the Restaurant.
Salary: $15.00 per hour
