Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
Monitor quality, safety, and customer experience
Serve as Customer Service Manager on Duty
Cash handling and reconciliations of cash drawers
Train staff members for new hires and promotions
Other duties as assigned
Education and Training
No educational requirements. Food handlers license required.
Working Experience
Leadership experience required.
Physical Requirements
Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time
Salary
Salary: $16.00 per hour
