Job Duties
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
Customer Service Manager on Duty
Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
Other duties as assigned
