We are currently seeking a hard‑working production employee for our Littleton, CO facility.
Hourly rate: $20.75
Shift differential: $2.08
Hourly rate (shift): $22.83
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 1:30 am
Responsibilities
Operate machines and handle materials accurately, following instructions, checklists, product specifications, and customer job tickets.
Continuously monitor and correct quality issues to minimize downtime and waste.
Complete Smart Card forms and documents with high accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of all completed work in the shop floor data system or required manual forms.
Complete audit paperwork based on job stage and equipment operated.
Qualifications
At least one year of machine operating experience.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical skills, including use of a caliper and hand tools.
Basic computer skills; capable of interfacing with a PC and entering data.
Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions, write simple reports, and present information effectively.
Application of common sense to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.
Strong attention to detail, including color discrimination.
Basic English proficiency for communication.
Elementary math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Physical Requirements
Work involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Noise level may require ear protection.
Requires good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and normal color vision for quality control and safety.
Hands used extensively for precision or semi‑precision equipment and tools.
Treatment of fine detail may be mentally and physically tiring.
Operation of rapidly moving machinery may necessitate quick adjustments to minimize waste and time.
Shifts may require overtime on other shifts to meet deadlines.
