
Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Mechanical Construction Leader
to oversee large‑scale commercial projects in complex environments such as
data centers, semiconductor facilities, biopharmaceutical plants, and hospitals . This role requires strong
independent judgment, leadership, and technical expertise
across HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, and process piping systems.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered
safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards , while coordinating teams, managing scope changes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise mechanical construction activities on large commercial projects
Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; address changes as they arise
Ensure strict adherence to
safe work practices and quality installations
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain progress and alignment
Delegate tasks, prioritize workloads, and mentor field staff as needed
Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written documentation and verbal updates
Apply strong problem‑solving skills to resolve technical and operational challenges
Qualifications
5+ years
of hands‑on experience in
HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping
Background working for a
mechanical contractor
on large‑scale commercial construction projects
Experience with mission‑critical or complex facilities (data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, biopharm, etc.)
Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills
Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and scope changes
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
and project‑related software
High emphasis on
jobsite safety and quality workmanship
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a
two‑year Business or Technical Degree
preferred
