Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (DC Metro)
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale commercial mechanical projects across the DC Metro area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex HVAC and piping systems while leading teams and driving projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Overview:
You will oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating across field teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites
Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with GCs, owners, and design teams
Qualifications:
5–10+ years in mechanical construction project management
Experience with large commercial builds and MEP systems
Willingness to travel throughout the DC Metro area
