Roles & Responsibilities
Guides customers through secure Microsoft 365 onboarding and deployment using FastTrack methodologies.
Job Description
Interprets release changes, ensures secure operational practices, and produces deployment notes, summaries, and remediation guidance.
Ensures compliance, RBAC safety, and proper documentation while analysing telemetry and adoption metrics.
Requires strong M365 technical expertise, problem‑solving, structured communication, and experience in M365 admin, migrations, or adoption programs.
Preferred: multi‑workload administration, identity/CA remediation experience, adoption‑driven engagements, FastTrack/enterprise rollout exposure, and relevant M365 certifications. Deep Microsoft 365 technical expertise across workloads.
Ability to execute ADGs, diagnose M365 configuration issues, and guide customers through secure deployment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, CA policies, device management, collaboration governance, licensing, and workload readiness.
Must Have Technical Skills
