Maintenance Technician

Small Commercial Real Estate Management Co. in Tucker is seeking a Handyman Monday – Friday
8:00am – 1:30pm. Total of 25 hours a week.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Grounds and general maintenance
Rekeying and changing locks
Painting
Light electrical and plumbing
Converting fluorescent bulbs to LEDs
Must be extremely dependable
Duties require interaction with tenants and customers
Candidate will be an independent contractor and will receive a 1099.
Compensation is up to $25.00/hour based on experience
