Overview

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer support tickets via email
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Support online operation per requested
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate in English, especially in writing
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
