Role Overview
This associate-level role partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to support the execution of core HR processes and initiatives. The role is heavily focused on operational excellence, process coordination, and data‑driven support across talent management, compensation, and employee lifecycle activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR programs are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time, while supporting business leaders with insights and seamless HR service delivery.

Hybrid - 3 days per week
What You’ll Do
Partner with HRBPs to execute HR programs, initiatives, and cyclical processes aligned to business and talent strategies
Serve as a key operational support layer ensuring processes run smoothly, on time, and with high accuracy
Execute core administrative and transactional HR activities with strong attention to detail
Coordinate logistics including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing follow‑ups
Support compensation planning processes including data consolidation and reporting for department head and executive (EMC) reviews
Coordinate and consolidate promotion and salary adjustment data for leadership review and company announcements
Prepare, analyze, and consolidate HR data to support decision‑making and executive reporting
Create ad hoc reports and presentation materials for HRBPs and business leaders
Support performance management and talent review calibration processes, including preparing materials, capturing notes, and rolling up results for executive review
Support performance check‑in and feedback processes (reminders, completion tracking, reporting)
Conduct exit interviews and prepare quarterly exit survey insights and summaries
Serve as a point of contact for day‑to‑day HRBP inquiries
Support organizational initiatives, including position management updates and broad organization changes file submission in coordination with HRIS
Assist with workforce‑related processes such as international work request coordination
Recommend ideas and processes to improve employee experience and HR department procedures
Participate in and/or lead special projects to develop and enhance HR objectives, systems, tools, and/or processes
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000-$83,300
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
