Are you a talented Senior Recruiter who has experience developing and executing sourcing strategies, mapping talent, and leveraging marketplace analytics to drive sourcing strategy?

Location:

This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters with the ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events, as needed, locally and throughout the United States (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

Lead and execute Jabil’s university and early‑career recruiting strategy to support business growth, talent development, and diversity goals

Build and maintain strong partnerships with targeted universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level roles across engineering, operations, supply chain, IT, and corporate functions

Plan and deliver campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, technical workshops, and employer branding initiatives

Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast talent needs and provide guidance on early‑career hiring best practices

Oversee internship and early‑career programs, including candidate selection, program execution, and conversion to full‑time employment

Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity outcomes, and return on investment

Serve as a Jabil brand ambassador, communicating the company’s culture, values, career paths, and global opportunities to students

Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, university policies, and Jabil’s internal hiring standards

Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or coordinators supporting campus recruiting efforts

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Experience

Minimum of at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on university or early‑career recruiting

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting analytics

Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices, possess an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence

Deep understanding of how to engage and recruit passive candidates, attracting highly qualified slates and creating partnership with hiring teams to engage candidates and create strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Ability to build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices

Works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the human capital needs of the departments and positions identified to ensure efficient and effective hiring

Demonstrated success managing high‑volume hiring across multiple universities and geographic regions

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring teams
