Senior Recruiter

supporting a large manufacturing organization seeking an experienced recruiting professional to drive full-cycle hiring and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role is key to sourcing specialized talent, strengthening recruitment marketing, and meeting hiring needs efficiently across technical and professional functions. You will be responsible for aligning workforce demand with external talent markets while delivering a high-quality candidate experience across all stages of recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified and diverse candidates for manufacturing and technical roles.
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide labor market insights, and align on hiring expectations.
Design and implement recruitment marketing strategies across digital and social platforms to strengthen talent pipelines.
Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and track requisition progress.
Build and maintain engagement with passive and active candidates to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
Analyze recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate offer approvals and facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in external professional associations to expand sourcing networks and talent reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Experience utilizing sourcing tools, social recruiting platforms, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to apply recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or industrial manufacturing roles preferred.
