is seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Payroll Administrator
to join our Administration team. If you enjoy ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, and working with compliance and reporting requirements, this role may be a great fit. In this position, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and working closely with managers and employees to resolve payroll-related questions in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and confidentiality are essential.
Qualifications
2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Understanding of state and federal labor laws preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Dealership experience is a plus.
Schedule & Pay
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
$25.00-$29.00 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Review timecards, PTO requests, and resolve discrepancies with supervisors.
Apply appropriate deductions, earnings codes, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.
Maintain payroll records, audit documentation, and general ledger support reports.
Reconcile and post monthly employee benefits statements. Verify accuracy between benefits statements and employee deductions.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll questions.
Support internal audits and reporting requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of all payroll, compensation, and employee data.
