Finance Assistant And Lead Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated finance assistant and lead payroll administrator to join our team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of payroll processes. The ideal candidate will manage payroll functions, ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments, and assist with various financial tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Managing payroll processing for all employees
Ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll administration
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
