Fleet Operations Administrator
The Fleet Operations Administrator is responsible for administration of the vehicle camera program including compliance with vehicle policies, vehicle health, and the driver safety program in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team”. This role provides oversight of Wagner’s Vehicle Telematics system, ensures accurate processing of invoices, and ordering and installation of toll transponders for appropriate vehicles. Additionally, the Fleet Operations Administrator supports internal customers through timely resolution of various issues such as cameras, DVIRs, and accident reporting. This position will support all Department of Transportation (FMCSA) driver compliance processes by ensuring all Hours of Service logs, training documents, and related transportation forms are accurate and current. Position will utilize 3rd party programs to manage telematics applications.

Pay Rate
$60,670.86 – $83,425.94 annually. Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Essential Functions

Create camera coaching policy and program. Train and mentor coaches selected by Fleet and Fleet Safety Committee.

Manage the Enhanced Coaching Dashboard. Hold high‑impact conversations with drivers to enhance safe driving behaviors, determine if self coaching or coaching with Manager is necessary, and elevate to further discipline if required.

Manage the hardware inventory of ELDs and dash cameras.

Review Camera Health report daily to ensure cameras are functioning correctly; troubleshoot with driver and, if needed, work with vendor to correct device issues.

Manage motor vehicle policy acknowledgement and compliance.

Assist in training employees regarding telematics policy.

Review accidents immediately, communicate with driver and/or manager, pull video, and maintain accident records.

Develop reports from Wagner’s Vehicle Telematics systems and adjust system settings as needed.

Manage E470 transponder program.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with administration of the Upkeep Work Order system for the Facilities Department.

Assist with administration of Brivo access control system user credentials/groups.

Review Security Camera events as needed.

Review and approve time to payroll in DBS/ELC for the Facilities Department.

Create and Manage PO requests for the Facilities Department.

Backup the DOT Specialist duties.

Other duties as assigned by Manager.
