Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administer HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Assist with talent acquisition, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports as needed.
Support performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, training programs, and employee engagement efforts.
Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and organizational policies.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity; knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
