Annual Fund Coordinator - Contract

Title: Annual Fund Coordinator (Contract position)
Purpose:
To design, coordinate, and execute annual fund and individual donor campaigns that increase philanthropic support and strengthen donor engagement for Freewheelin’ Community Bikes.
Contract Terms:
6-month independent contractor agreement
$2,000 per month, renewable contract may be negotiated – pending campaign results
Flexible hours based on campaign timelines and organizational needs
Primary Duties
Develop and execute annual fund strategies and donor campaigns
Manage donor communications including email, direct mail, and digital outreach
Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics
Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems
Support donor stewardship and acknowledgment processes
Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and materials
Identify opportunities for donor growth and retention
Assist with sponsorship and grant outreach as needed
Ensure alignment with organizational mission and compliance standards
Additional duties as assigned
Additional Duties
May assist with events, community outreach, and seasonal fundraising initiatives. Workload may vary based on campaign cycles.
Deliver organized, strategic, and results‑driven work
Maintain confidentiality and ethical donor practices
Communicate effectively with staff, donors, and stakeholders
Manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
Support the mission and values of Freewheelin’ Community Bikes
Collect data and provide respective donor reports
Remote or hybrid work environment
Flexible schedule tied to deliverables
Occasional in-person meetings or events as needed
Qualifications
2–5 years of fundraising, nonprofit, or related experience preferred
Experience with donor CRM systems preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and provide insights
Required
Ability to work independently as a contractor
Reliable technology and internet access
Agreement to confidentiality and data protection standards

Executive Director or Development Lead
