Job Description
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies
Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
Manage employee schedules and resolve conflicts or issues that arise
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
Prepare and analyze reports on sales, productivity, and other key performance indicators
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
