Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position is

hybrid

(3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful

Midtown, Manhattan

office.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding of Business Services positions

Execute selective and efficient role recruitment, selection, and hiring

Support the Assistant Director in HR by managing employee relations

Help guide employees on policies and procedures

Collaborate with the HR Assistant to develop and maintain the annual initiative and programs calendar

Assist in the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs

Supervise the HR Assistant

Oversee the Time Management module and address employee concerns

Assist with offboarding, payroll, and personnel actions

Collaborate with a team to plan and execute firm-wide gatherings

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

6–8 years of relevant human resources experience

Recruiting experience required, including 2+ years of managerial experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), UKG primary functions, HRIS applications (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to creatively solve problems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable in a collaborative environment

Utilize discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information

Salary Range
$160,000 to $175,000 based on experience
