Pentagon Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract to support our internal recruiting team. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, administrative tasks, enhancing candidate experience, and improving communication between internal teams. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate interview logistics for various roles (high-volume, technical, non-technical) across multiple sites.
Create excellent candidate experiences by expertly navigating scheduling issues and advising interviewers on best practices.
Adhere to internal service-level agreements (SLAs) to promote timely communication with candidates and efficient hiring practices.
Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and stakeholders to unblock scheduling challenges.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, calendar management, or high-touch client or office management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build cross-organization partnerships.
Highly organized, able to prioritize and pay close attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator with knowledge of talent acquisition operations.
Prior experience with Paycom.
Safety
Employee will be trained in and must follow all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies, as well as specific safety regulatory requirements.
Physical Demands
Must pass company required screening tests. The role requires sitting and standing, reaching with hands and arms, and performing light routine office work, including computer workstation usage.
