Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent.
In partnership with a recruiter and/or recruiting researcher, determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines.
Help generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance the company’s ability to entertain the world.
Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques; provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles.
Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
Desired Profile & Qualifications
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., communications, legal, marketing, public policy/global affairs).
Self‑motivated and driven; looks for solutions and impact without being asked twice.
Curious; digs deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile researching market trends, domain technology, and seeks out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
Asks for feedback and wants to grow and develop in career.
Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity.
Leverages data (qualitative and quantitative) to track progress and inform decisions.
Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
