Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles. This position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver qualified talent. You will be responsible for the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for common and mid‑volume roles, from intake discussions to offer presentation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Identify and engage talent through advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for various roles.
Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit, providing hiring managers with timely recommendations.
Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and track basic recruiting metrics.
Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts through inclusive sourcing practices.
Support employer branding through clear job descriptions and professional candidate engagement.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience:
Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience. Prior experience in both agency and corporate environments is ideal.
Technical Skills:
Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard‑to‑reach talent.
Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers.
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
A commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
A pay rate in the range of $25.00 to $30.91 per hour is offered for this position.
