Role Description
Kadir.ai LLC is seeking an experienced, full-time Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, VA. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance reviews, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to federal and state labor laws. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership skills and a strategic approach to cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding
Experience with HR Policies, Employment Law, and Compliance Management
Proficiency in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Payroll Management
Ability to lead Employee Engagement Initiatives and Performance Management processes
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and other HR technology
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field (HR certifications are a plus)
Previous experience in a managerial HR role; experience in a technology or AI company is beneficial
