What We Expect: Required Skills
- Valid license to practice as a CRNA in West Virginia
- Certified as a CRNA with current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in administering anesthesia for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures, including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, and cardiac surgeries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts with a willingness to cover weekends (not exclusive to weekends)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR systems
- Prior work in ambulatory surgery centers and hospital settings
- Adaptability to different hospital environments and surgical specialties
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- At least 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, preferably within hospital and outpatient settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full range of anesthesia procedures confidently and efficiently
Other Requirements
- Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 days
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 3 12-hour shifts (7 am-7 pm), 5-8s, or 4-10s, primarily at Memorial with occasional shifts at other facilities
- Night shifts (7 pm-7 am) available; no call shifts required
- Travel and license reimbursements, as applicable
