What We Expect: Required Skills

• Valid license to practice as a CRNA in West Virginia
• Certified as a CRNA with current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in administering anesthesia for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures, including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, and cardiac surgeries
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts with a willingness to cover weekends (not exclusive to weekends)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR systems
• Prior work in ambulatory surgery centers and hospital settings
• Adaptability to different hospital environments and surgical specialties

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• At least 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, preferably within hospital and outpatient settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full range of anesthesia procedures confidently and efficiently

Other Requirements

• Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 days
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 3 12-hour shifts (7 am-7 pm), 5-8s, or 4-10s, primarily at Memorial with occasional shifts at other facilities
• Night shifts (7 pm-7 am) available; no call shifts required
• Travel and license reimbursements, as applicable

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $205.14, along with competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time according to applicable laws, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses.
