Workforce Management Analyst

Job Summary
The Workforce Management Analyst will be a critical member of a collaborative team responsible for data analysis, qualified candidate selection, and staffing system management within workforce management operations. The analyst focuses on creating routine reporting measures, assessing operational staffing needs, reviewing and managing candidate databases, and serving as a liaison between operations managers and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and run daily reports or spreadsheets using intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, queries, etc., for Operational Business partners and the Workforce Management team.

Maintain new hires reports including new, existing requisitions & attrition.

Assess operational team rosters regularly to determine needed staffing adjustments.

Review applicants of open requisitions for quality candidates to move forward in the workforce selection process.

Maintain updated candidate status/disposition in applicant tracking system.

Analyze all levels of data in reports and look for opportunities for improvement, root cause analysis, and make recommendations as appropriate.

Build solutions focused on long‑term supportability and scalability.

Act as a liaison between Operations managers and the talent acquisition team.

Exhibit familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with GHR & Taleo preferred.

Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships.

Provide on‑call assistance as needed.

Partner with coworkers, supervisors, managers, executives, operation staff and external business contracts as necessary to perform job responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience may substitute the degree requirement.

Minimum 0–3 years of applicable experience related to workforce management operations.

Displayed proficiency with Excel.

Experience with HCA/Parallon systems preferred.

Experience with customer service or Contact Center operations preferred.
