We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Engineer to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and improving our product line, using their innovative mindset and professional expertise to push boundaries and deliver high‑quality, cutting‑edge products that meet the needs of our clients in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, ensuring that they meet technical, cost, and time constraints.
Collaborate with the R&D team to explore, evaluate, and apply new technologies and materials to our product line.
Conduct detailed analyses of designs using analytical methods and tools such as CAD, FEA, and CFD.
Develop and implement design strategies, test plans, and validation processes.
Provide technical support to the production and quality assurance departments to resolve design‑related issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand customer needs and market trends.
Regularly present design concepts and progress to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive products to keep our product line at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably within the engineering industry.
Proven experience in R&D, with a strong track record of innovative thinking and problem‑solving.
Proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of FEA and CFD.
Exceptional technical knowledge and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high‑quality work.
