Harness Design Engineer

We are seeking a contractor to lead the design, build, validation, and scale of spider harnesses used to integrate autonomy compute, networking, and sensors onto multiple vehicle platforms.
The role spans the full harness lifecycle from first-article prototype and drawing creation, through functional validation and DVP testing, and into scaled production-ready design.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep familiarity with automotive harness design, vehicle power architecture, and autonomy signal types.
The candidate must be capable of contributing from day one with minimal onboarding
