Starting Pay:
From $18.00/hr, depending on experience.
Additional Pay:
Extra hourly rate for applicants with a satisfactory driver's license and an active CRMA.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional
Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in residential and community settings
Help individuals build life skills and achieve personal goals
Foster independence, community involvement, and meaningful daily experiences
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and a positive support approachProvide leadership and act as a role model for dignity and respect
Requirements
18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
Attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
