Where You'll Be
Primary Location: Waterville, Maine (Kennebec County)
You will support individuals in a residential setting within the greater Waterville community.
All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.
Position: Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT)
What You'll Do
Support adults with daily living and life skills
Encourage community involvement
Promote independence and personal growth
Provide compassionate, person-centered care
Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
No experience needed - all training provided.
Requirements
18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass a criminal background check
Must have a valid Maine driver's license & be insurable
Must pass a satisfactory driving record check
Must attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude
