Talent Acquisition Specialist- Remote

Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its high‑volume hiring workflow by hiring hourly positions in an expedited manner. This position will have strong knowledge and expertise in the successful candidates background needed to fit the position. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage ATS tools and assessments to narrow down the “top of the funnel” to quickly identify top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be successful by having outstanding candidate care and working with a strong sense of urgency.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the high‑volume hiring process by sourcing, pre‑screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on‑site interviews.

Manage and work through large funnels of high‑volume applicants and ensure data integrity in the ATS.

Proactively source building active pipelines of candidates for open positions by using a variety of tools including our ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and other outlets.

Manage personal recruitment assignments against enterprise recruiting performance goals.

Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish through the hiring process.

Identify and implement efficiencies in the hiring process, taking the courage to reach out directly to operations to work through delays and bottlenecks.

Test and try new ways of working to ensure high‑volume hiring moves in an expedited way.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to manage high candidate application flows and move qualified talent through the high‑volume hiring workflow quickly and effectively.

Manage recruiting process for multiple vacancies while ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System.

Demonstrate agility and balance multiple and competing priorities to hit key deadlines.
