Your dedication and watchful nature help others sleep well at night. This individual loves to be up at night and is an integral part of setting up the property for the day ahead. Daily duties include providing excellent customer service to guests, keeping the front desk orderly, reconciling all accounts, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

Balance the accounts from the day shift

Manage front‑desk activity and handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs

Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake‑up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference

Balance and audit accounts for accuracy

Identify and resolve discrepancies

Handle requests and complaints and direct them to other team members or departments accordingly

Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries

Qualifications

Prior experience highly preferred

Attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
