The TA Specialist II position is responsible for delivering an exceptional recruiting experience for TTEC’s client needs while working onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs.
Coordinate recruiting efforts with the recruiting team and be responsible for your own recruiting goals.
Community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, and completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and new hire paperwork.
Ensure a positive experience for every candidate.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Act as a brand ambassador throughout the applicant’s journey and deliver a great candidate experience.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each client ramp.
Review applications and update applicant data in the application tracking system.
Work with cross-functional teams.
Prepare recruitment reports.
Champion the Employee Referral Program.
Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives.
What You Bring to the Role
1‑year minimum customer service experience.
Time‑management skills focused on hitting goals and meeting targets.
Ability to articulate, interact, and understand client needs and expectations.
Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through.
Strong attention to detail.
