An AmLaw-ranked firm is seeking an experienced

Human Resources Generalist

to support HR operations across multiple offices. This role partners closely with leadership on employee relations, recruiting, and compliance, while driving consistent HR practices firmwide. This position is onsite during training, with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office thereafter.
Responsibilities

Oversee core HR functions: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, and HRIS management
Support full-cycle recruiting and lead onboarding efforts
Serve as a key resource for employee relations, including investigations and performance management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across jurisdictions
Maintain employee data, reporting, and HR metrics
Coordinate training, compliance tracking, and engagement initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
4+ years of law firm HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
HRIS experience required; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
