Job Summary
The AR Specialist - Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all project‑related contractual requirements are met while keeping stakeholders informed on receivables status. This role supports all financial aspects of projects, including accounting, cash flow management, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the overall customer and project manager experience, providing consistent, high‑quality support.
Maintain strong organizational skills and communicate clearly and effectively across teams.
Prepare and process accurate, timely monthly progress billings.
Partner closely with project teams to manage customer expectations and ensure alignment.
Oversee job compliance to support efficient monthly billing cycles and timely payment processing.
Communicate proactively with customers and project managers to resolve requirements quickly and effectively.
Track and manage receivables, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system to support visibility into collections and billing.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collect lien waivers from suppliers and assist accounts receivable, accounts payable, and operations teams with compliance‑related tasks.
File required notices to establish lien rights and monitor expiration deadlines, including researching state‑specific lien laws.
Provide ongoing support to operations teams across all facilities, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations; and

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
